How is the documentary ‘Brixton Beach’ filmed?

This documentary has been filmed as observational document about Skaters and skate park where skaters talk about their little hobby, also to this documentary are include opinion of local people which are entertained by skaters’ tricks, and council people which agree with fact that skaters spend their time on great fun. To did this film directors use Rule of Third, during interviews they leave camera still and on medium shot also they do it as observational, non-intrusive but when they record skaters tricks they use moving camera with slow motion and long shots with close ups. To make this film as natural as possible, during recording a narrator wasn’t used or a presenter.
To fulfil the film they add casual tracks which are moody and tell this is skate park and this is a skill to do thing like this.

Filmmakers who worked in this sub-genre often saw the poetic mode as too abstract and the expository mode as too didactic. The first observational docs date back to the 1960’s; the technological developments which made them possible include mobile lighweight cameras and portable sound recording equipment for synchronized sound. Often, this mode of film eschewed voice-over commentary, post-synchronized dialogue and music, or re-enactments. The films aimed for immediacy, intimacy, and revelation of individual human character in ordinary life situations.
